± FACTORY INTERNAL PROCESS( PRODUCTION) :-
RAW MATERIAL: - We procure the raw material required for the fabrication of Heat Exchangers as per the relevant IS or BS codes and as per mutually agreed QAP (Quality Assurance Plan).
1. TUBES: - we procure copper tubes (IS 5493-1969), brass tubes (IS 407), admiralty brass tubes and cupro-nickel tubes (90:10/70:30) as per BS 2871 Part 3 or IS 1545. Stainless Steel Tube (SS 304L OR 316/316 L)

Tubes will be of various O D(8mm – 25.4mm), Thickness(0.5mm-2.00mm), or Lengths as per the requirement.
2. MATERIAL OF TUBE SHEET, SHELL, BAFFLES, WATER HEADERS, - Structural Steel as per IS 2062, IS 2002, ASTM SA 516 Grade 70 as per the requirement of job.
Tie Rods, Structural Steel as per IS 2062 or SS 304.
3. FASTENERS AND GASKETS: - We use Fasteners & Gaskets of Standard making (Unbrako, TVS- Lukas,) and (Champion, CAF) respectively.
± SEMI FINISHED PRODUCTS:-
1. FINNED TUBE PRODUCT RANGE
Helically wound high fin tubes
(G Fin)
(Embedded Fin) The fin strip is wound into a machined groove and securely locked into place by back filling with base tube material. This ensures that maximum heat transfer is maintained at high tube metal temperatures. Maximum operating temperature for this fin type is 450 degree centigrade. This fin may be of Aluminum or Copper and can be used on the tubes of Carbon Steel, Cr.Mo.Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Copper Alloys, etc.
(L Fin)
The strip material is subjected to controlled deformation under tension giving the optimum contact pressure of the foot of the fin onto the base tube thus maximizing the heat transfer properties. The foot of the fin considerably enhances the corrosion protection of the base tube. This fin may be of Aluminum or Copper and operates maximum around 150 degree centigrade. The fin may be of any material (no theoretical limits).
KL Fin
These types of fines are manufactured almost same as the L fin but the only difference in between is that the base tube is knurled before application of the fin foot. The fin foot is knurled into the corresponding knurling on the base tube thereby enhancing the bond between the fin and tube resulting in improved heat transfer. This fin may be of Aluminum or Copper and no theoretical limits (same as in L type Fins) and maximum operating temperature is around 260 degree centigrade.
LL Fin
Manufactured almost in the same way as the L fined type tubes are manufactured. But the difference is that the fin foot is overlapped to fully enclose the base tube thus giving excellent corrosive resistant. This type of tube is commonly used as an alternative to the more expensive extruded type fin in corrosive environments. These types of fins may operate at a maximum temperature of around 180 degree centigrade and made up of Aluminum or Copper and have no limits of tube materials.
Semi Crimped Fin
These types of fins are a non taper, wrapped under tension around the base tube. The fining process results in a crimp forming at the foot of the fin. Then it is welded to he base tube at the ends of strip. These fins may operate at a maximum temperature of around 250 degree centigrade. The fin may be of Carbon/Stainless Steel or Copper and the tubes can be of Carbon/Stainless Steel or Copper and Copper Alloys.
Extruded High Fin
These fins are made from a bi-metallic tube consisting of an aluminum outer tube and an inner tube of almost any material. These are made by rolling material from the outside of the exterior tube to give an integral fin with high heat transfer properties and longevity. Extruded fins provide best corrosion protection of the base tube. These fins can be operated on a maximum temperature pf around 280 degrees centigrade. The material of fins can be of Aluminum and tube material can be of any type (no theoretical limits).
± FACTORY EXTERNAL PROCESS (SERVICING):-
PROCESS OF DE-SCALING & DE-CARBONISING:-
We also clean heat exchangers and condensers of our customers according to their requirements. This is a process which helps in enhancing the efficiency of running heat exchanger/ condenser.
In this process we use certain specified machines and our experts to provide the maximum utilization of the product by our customers.
We clean the tubes of heat exchanger or condensers through Circulatory Method by using chemicals of STANVAC Company, a world renowned name in the field of chemicals.
All the slug and scale placed in the inside the tubes of brass or copper alloys will be removed by the above mentioned method.
We clean the tubes by other economical methods, as according to the requirements of our customers.
This process is cost efficiency and saves around 30-35% of costing as compared to a new heat exchanger.
Although we recommend that customers should use the process of de-scaling once in every years or earlier as according to their usage viz:-
If raw water is used then de-scaling should be done within 2-3 years. And if distilled of RO water is used then the de-scaling should be done within 3-4 years.
